Program Guidelines
Terms & Conditions
These guidelines apply to fundraising nights at participating Dairy Queen and Schlotzsky's locations. Final details, including the incentive and marketing plans, will be confirmed in the fundraising agreement sent by our team.
- The agreement must be finalized at least two weeks before the event.
- Fundraising events are three hours long.
- An organization representative must be present during the event.
- The organization is responsible for printing and distributing promotional flyers.
- The organization must promote the event through appropriate community channels.
- Coupons, discounts and other offers are not valid during the event.
- Any restaurant decorations are the organization's responsibility and expense.
- Donation checks are issued within 30 days and cannot be made payable to an individual.
